Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Allezly Inc., a company registered in Ontario, Canada ("Allezly", "we", "us"), operating the Allezly learning platform at allezly.com. By creating an account, buying a pack or using Allezly, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use Allezly.

1. What Allezly is

Allezly is an online, AI-powered French course that prepares learners for the TEF Canada and TCF Canada exams. It includes lessons, practice exercises, AI grading of speaking and writing, mock exams, a predicted NCLC level and learning certificates.

Allezly is an independent learning platform. It is not affiliated with Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), CCI Paris Île-de-France (TEF Canada) or France Éducation international (TCF Canada). TEF Canada and TCF Canada are trademarks of their owners.

2. Scores, certificates and immigration results

  • Predicted NCLC levels and AI grades are estimates to guide your study. They are not official results.
  • Allezly certificates show your learning progress. Only official TEF Canada or TCF Canada results are accepted for immigration.
  • We do not guarantee any exam score, immigration outcome, invitation to apply or processing time. Immigration rules and draw sizes are set by the Government of Canada and can change at any time.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date. You sign in with a code sent to your email address, so keep access to your email secure.
  • One learner per account. Your account, hours, grades and certificates are personal. You may not share your login, let someone else study on your account, or sell or transfer your account.
  • Before your first paid lesson, we ask you to verify your identity with a photo ID and a selfie. Certificates are issued only in the name on your verified ID.
  • You can use up to two personal devices. We may limit device changes and sign you out of other sessions to protect your account.

4. Packs, hours and validity

  • Allezly is sold as one-time purchases: level packs, the Exam Sprint, the Full Path and add-ons. Nothing renews automatically.
  • Each pack includes a set number of guided study hours and an access period in weeks, shown on the pricing page before you buy.
  • Only active study counts toward your hours. The timer pauses after 3 minutes without activity.
  • Your access period starts at your first lesson in that pack, or 14 days after purchase, whichever comes first.
  • When your hours or access period run out, lessons pause. Your progress, reports and certificates stay available. You can buy more hours or more weeks at any time.
  • The Full Path may be paid in three instalments. Each instalment unlocks the levels it covers when it is paid.
  • Reasonable daily fair-use limits apply to AI grading to keep the service fast for everyone. Normal study never reaches them.

5. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders.

Prices are in Canadian dollars. Paddle collects any sales tax that applies in your country. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's buyer terms, available at paddle.com/legal.

7. The Allezly Guarantee (Full Path only)

If you bought the Full Path with the Guarantee, completed at least 560 active study hours and 8 full mock exams, and your official TEF Canada or TCF Canada result is below NCLC 7 in any skill, we extend your access free of charge (adding 4 weeks and 40 hours per attempt) until you reach NCLC 7. You must upload your official result. The Guarantee is a promise of free extensions, not a cash refund, and it ends if the account is shared.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break any law or use Allezly for fraud or spam;
  • share your account, resell access, or let anyone else study on your account;
  • copy, scrape, record, download or redistribute our lessons, audio, questions or mock exams;
  • try to get around our security, device limits, time tracking or identity checks;
  • interfere with the service, upload harmful code, or attack our systems;
  • submit content that is illegal, hateful or infringes someone else's rights.

9. Our content and your content

  • Allezly, including its lessons, exercises, audio, questions, software, design and brand, belongs to Allezly Inc. or its licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own learning while your access is active.
  • You own the essays, recordings and answers you submit. You allow us to store and process them to grade your work, run the service and improve our teaching and grading. We do not sell them. See our Privacy Policy.

10. Service availability

We work to keep Allezly available and accurate, but we can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. AI feedback can sometimes be wrong. Use the "Report an error" button and we will fix content issues.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close an account for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, account sharing, non-payment, fraud, or a security risk. Where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. You can close your account at any time from Account settings.

12. Liability

Allezly is provided "as is" to the extent the law allows. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, including immigration outcomes, lost job opportunities or exam fees. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law, including Ontario's Consumer Protection Act, 2002, that cannot be limited by agreement.

13. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will email you before it applies. The version shown here, with its date, is the current one.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
